Not at all. Most of our clients started with zero gym experience. Every program is built around your current fitness level, and your coach guides you through every movement.

What happens during the free intro session?

You'll sit down with a coach to talk about your goals, fitness history, and any limitations, tour the studio, and get every question answered. There's zero pressure.

What should I wear and bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle if you'd like - we have everything else you need.
